OBJECTIVE
- An example of how to promote a recurring offer during the holiday season: we wanted to encourage customers out for Black Friday shopping to take a break and stop by a local Firkin Pub to enjoy discounted wine during the busy season
- We strove to achieve higher guest-check-averages by promoting something that would typically be paired with another offering (for example: a bottle of wine could be enjoyed by 2 or 3 people who would also order a complete meal or plates to share)
RESULTS
- Asses in seats + higher guest-check-average = increased profits!
