OBJECTIVE
- Re-develop a virtually non-existent email marketing program into a new and exclusive customer loyalty program
- Collect a database of email addresses quickly by appealing to what customers actually want (FREE SH!T)
CHALLENGE
- To create a program without utilizing an app or POS integration
DELIVERABLES
- By capitalizing on FOMO, we created a members-only program with exclusive offers, events, freebies, secret menu items and more
- Developed key marketing initiatives and collateral (such as: table decals and placemats) alongside a staff incentive program, knowing this would drive sales and staff participation internally
RESULTS
- Since launching, subscribers have tripled and continue to grow
- Continuing to market many of the promotions and offerings today, the FU concept is popular and enjoyed by customers across the GTA
