- Develop an LTO campaign to promote “healthier” options at the pub; Firkin’s got more than just your typical pub grub
- Collaborate with a local supplier to increase reach and following on social media

- Paid ads, giveaway and influencer marketing further helped generate buzz around a pub serving plant-based foods
- Capitalized on the plant-based trend in a way that didn’t alienate the existing customer base
