OBJECTIVE
- The goal for this project was to revamp the existing menu design aesthetics, while keeping on brand with messaging and showcasing the quality of their food in a catalogue format
DELIVERABLES
- We started working with Fairway Markets (a well known grocery chain in NYC) by revamping their Kosher catering menu (…a whopping 84 pages!)
- Following the successful launch of their Kosher catering brochure, we continued by designing a brochure for their other catering divisions, including: standard catering operations, game day, seasonal and holiday menus
- Complete with captivating photography (by our very own Bill Milne), plus a complete restructuring of all their menu content and offerings
RESULT
- By engineering the menu content, revamping the look and producing stunning photography, we were able to increase their catering sales and maximize their ROI
